乙肝疫苗接种儿童家长认知调查及影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition situation and influencing factors of parents of children vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccinated.Methods A questionnaire about hepatitis B vaccination was conducted among the parents of 60 children who received hepatitis B vaccination in the Third People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City from January 2020 to April 2021.According to the parents′cognitive level,the subjects were divided into a high cognitive level group(n=44)and a low cognitive level group(n=16).To analyze the influencing factors of parents′cognition level on hepatitis b vaccination.Results Parents aged Patients>40 years old (β=0.834，P<0.05，OR=2.303，95%CI=1.348-3.932),with educational level below junior middle school level(β=0.977，P<0.05，OR=2.656，95%CI=1.335-5.285),and those whose domicile was foreign (β=0.876，P<0.05，OR=2.401，95%CI=1.288-4.478),and ignorance of domestic vaccine events (β=0.784，P<0.05，OR=2.190，95%CI=1.030-4.658)were all factors influencing parents′cognition about hepatitis B vaccination.Conclusion By analyzing the factors affecting parents′awareness of hepatitis B vaccination,it is found that age>40 years old,education level of junior high school or below,household registration in a foreign country,and lack of knowledge of domestic vaccine incidents are all factors that lead to their low level of awareness.Risk factors,clinical measures can be taken to improve parents′awareness of hepatitis B vaccination,to increase the vaccination rate.
