Clinical diagnosis and prognosis analysis of Hcy,PCT and coagulation function in patients with cerebral infarction |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of combined detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy),serum procalcitonin(PCT)and coagulation function on clinical diagnosis and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the cerebral infarction group.According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score standard,they were divided into good prognosis group (≤21 points,44 cases)and poor prognosis group (22-25 points,36 cases).At the same time,80 healthy people who received physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.5 ml of fasting cubital vein blood was collected to measure Hcy,PCT and coagulation function indexes,including activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),prothrombin time (PT),D-Dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time (TT).Hcy,PCT and coagulation function indexes of cerebral infarction group and control group were compared,and Hcy,PCT and coagulation function indexes in good prognosis group and poor prognosis group in cerebral infarction group were compared.The correlation of Hcy,PCT and coagulation function and cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results Hcy,PCT,FIB and D-D in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Hcy,PCT,FIB and D-D in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed there were positive correlations between Hcy、PCT、FIB and D-D and the prognosis of NIHSS scores in patients with cerebral infarction (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of Hcy,PCT and coagulation function has positive significance for the clinical diagnosis of patients with cerebral infarction,and also helps to analyze and evaluate the prognosis of patients.
