促性腺激素释放激素激动剂联合腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects,and were divided into experimental group (32 cases)and control group (28 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated directly with laparoscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a on the basis of the control group.The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),menstrual cycle,menstrual time and dysmenorrhea were compared before and after the two groups.The recurrence rate and pregnancy status were followed up for half a year.Results After treatment,the LH and E2levels in the two groups were lower than before,and the LH and E2levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH level between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual cycle of the two groups was shorter than before treatment,and the menstrual duration was longer than before treatment,with statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual time between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Follow-up for half a year,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than the control group,the postoperative pregnancy rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale (VAS)score of dysmenorrhea in the two groups after treatment was lower than before,and VAS score of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts obtains a good application effect.It can restore the patient′s hormone level,promote the recovery of the patient′s menstrual condition,and alleviate the patient′s dysmenorrhea.
