消化内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗早期胃癌的效果及对炎症因子、复发的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of mucosal dissection under digestive endoscopy in the treatment of early gastric cancer and its influence on inflammatory factors and recurrence.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with early gastric cancer who were treated with digestive endoscopic mucosal dissection from March 2014 to September 2019 in Xincheng Hospital of Liaoyang Central Hospital was retrospectively analyzed as the observation group.The clinical data of 43 patients with early gastric cancer who received traditional surgery during the same period were selected as the control group.The perioperative indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate of 1 year follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,gastric emptying time,and gastrointestinal ventilation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-1 β (IL-1β)between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-1β in the two groups were higher than before operation,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopic mucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastric cancer has better perioperative indexes,lower incidence of related complications,higher safety,and less postoperative recurrence.
