单双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果和安全性比较

Abstract Objective To analyze the comparison of the efficacy and safety of single and bilateral plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,People′s Hospital of Yichun City,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (50 cases)and the experimental group (50 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with unilateral plate internal fixation,and patients in the test group were treated with bilateral plate internal fixation.The treatment effects,total incidence of complications,and various basic indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time,length of stay in hospital after operation,blood loss in operation,and fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the surgical treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture,the choice of bilateral plate internal fixation is more effective,the application advantage of this technique is more obvious.
