Effect of lower limb positive pressure support treadmill training combined with intramuscular effect in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and its influence on the recovery of sports function |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of applying lower extremity positive pressure to support the treadmill and intramuscular effect patch in the rehabilitation training of musculoskeletal injury and its influence on the recovery of sports function.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,80 patients with musculoskeletal injury admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation,the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to a random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used lower limb positive pressure support treadmill training,and the intervention group was treated with muscle effect tape based on the control group.The muscle strength of quadriceps femoris,triceps calf tension,balance ability of lower limbs and walking gait were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the unarmed muscle strength table(MMT)score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the melioration Ash-worth scale(MAS)score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the timed up and go test(TGUT)of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant significance (P<0.05).After treatment,the step length,step width and pace of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation training of musculoskeletal injury,the effect of using lower limb positive pressure support treadmill and intramuscular effect patch is significant,which can improve the muscle strength of the posterior quadriceps,the tension of the calf triceps,and the balance ability of the lower limbs.Walking gait promotes the recovery of motor function and is worthy of popularization and application.
