补脾益肾汤治疗维持性血液透析并发营养不良患者的临床效果及对患者身心健康的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bupi Yishen Decoction in the treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition and the influence on patients′ physical and mental health. Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clinical routine treatment, on this basis, the treatment group was treated with Bupi Yishen decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the improvement of patient generated subjective global assessment (PG-SGA) score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and the clinical symptom score were compared before and after treatment of the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33% (25/30), which was higher than that of the control group 63.33% (19/30), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the PG-SGA score, the SAS score and the clinical symptom score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition, the combination of Bupi Yishen Decoction has a better curative effect, which can effectively improve the malnutrition status and clinical symptoms of patients, and relieve their psychological anxiety. This method has a high clinical value, so it is suggested to promote it.
