内镜下黏膜剥离术联合内镜下套扎术治疗胃小间质瘤的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal dissection combined with endoscopic band ligation in the treatment of small gastric stromal tumors. Methods Fifty-six patients with small gastric stromal tumors admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group (n=28) and an observation group (n=28) by random paper method，the control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection, and the observation group was treated with endoscopic mucosal dissection combined with endoscopic band ligation. The clinical indicators, clinical efficacy, and prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, the operation time was longer than that of the control group, and the area of lesion resection was larger than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall resection rate and curative resection rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of gastric perforation or gastric bleeding, recurrence rate, liver metastasis rate,and mortality rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal dissection combined with endoscopic band ligation for the treatment of small gastric stromal tumors has small trauma, quick recovery and good prognosis.
