负压封闭引流联合含氧液冲洗治疗慢性创面的效果及对炎性因子的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with oxygen-containing liquid rinse on chronic wounds and its influence on inflammatory factors.MethodsA total of 89 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who were occurred with chronic wounds including diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study and were divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=45)according to a random number table.All participants were dealt with debridement.After that,patients in the control group were provided with VSD and normal saline rinse,while in the observation group,patients were treated with VSD plus oxygen-containing saline rinse.The levels of inflammatory factors and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the clinical effect were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore treatment,there were no significant differences between two groups in the levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and SOD(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α in two groups were decreased,the levels of IL-10,SOD were increased,and compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the levels of TNF-α in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of IL-10,SOD were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The coverage rate of granulation tissue,rate of bacterial clearance,and survival rate of skin-grafting in stageⅡsurgery after therapy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of VSD and oxygen-containing liquid rinse can obtain a remarkable effect on treating chronic wounds.It can effectively improve inflammatory response in great antioxidant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
