协同护理干预对宫腔镜检查术患者心理及生理应激反应的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of synergistic nursing intervention on the psychophysiological stress response of patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,27 cases in each group.In the conventional group,patients received routine care,and in the synergistic group,synergistic nursing intervention was added on the basis of routine care.The psychological stress response including Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores,physiological stress response including the levels of heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)between the two groups before and one day after intervention were compared.The patient′s satisfaction on nursing was investigated.Results There were no statistical difference in HAMA,HAMD score,HR,or MAP level between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).In the synergistic group,the scores of HAMA and HAMD after intervention were (16.05±2.93)points and(17.94±2.68)points respectively,lower than those of the conventional group of(19.15±2.87)points and (20.46±3.02)points,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).After intervention in the synergistic group,HR and MAP were(95.24±8.75)beats per minute and(91.05±9.27)mmHg,lower than those of the conventional group of(101.53±9.46)beats per minute and (99.65±9.35)mmHg,the nursing total satisfaction in the synergistic group was better than that of the conventional group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of synergistic nursing intervention during hysteroscopy can reduce patient′s stress and increase nursing satisfaction.
