ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Epinephrine combined with Thrombin in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage under gastroscop.Methods76 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage treated in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)using the random number table method.The patients in the observation group were treated with Adrenaline combined with Thrombin,and the control group received：only adrenaline treatment.Treatment effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the rate of rebleeding was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of stopping,infusion and hospitalization were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the amount of blood transfusion was significantly less than that of the control group,and the cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At after 24 h,48 h and 72 h treatment,the pH value of fasting gastric juice in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment and the pH value of fasting gastric juice was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood transfusion was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Epinephrine combined with Thrombin in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage is significant,which can effectively shorten the time of hemostasis,reduce the rate of rebleeding and cost of hospitalization.It has a clinical promotion and application value.
