Abstract Objective To explore the clinical value of tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 suspected lung cancer patients admitted to Jiangxi Chest Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were tested for tumor markers, and pathological examination was used as the gold standard to compare the patient results. Results The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and cytokeratin-19-fragment(CyFRA21-1)in lung cancer group were higher than those in non-lung cancer group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity and accuracy of combined tumor marker detection were higher than those of CEA,NSE,Gyfra 21-1 single tumor marker detection, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of significant value to test tumor markers in lung cancer patients.
