Abstract Objective To explore the application value of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model in the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa combined with placental implantation.Methods A total of 60 patients with placenta previa combined with placental implantation who were selected from the Guangdong Jieyang People′s Hospital from January 2015 to February 2021.They were divided into the control group (30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given regular diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model.Both groups were intervened for two weeks.The postpartum bleeding rate,bleeding volume,blood transfusion rate,hysterectomy and neonatal prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum bleeding rate,bleeding excess rate,blood transfusion rate,and hysterectomy rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The 5 min Apgar score of the newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the neonatal asphyxia rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa combined with placental implantation,the use of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model can effectively improve the adverse pregnancy outcome and reduce neonatal asphyxia.
