| Application effect of breastfeeding plan in postpartum three days exclusive breastfeeding |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of breast feeding plan in postpartum three days pure breastfeeding.Methods A total of 66 cases of normal delivery women in Quanzhou maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian Province from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)by ″dynamic random grouping method″.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given breastfeeding program intervention.The breast-feeding situation,incidence of nipple pain,chapped and breast distension,and the mastery rate of breastfeeding knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The first effective sucking time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The number of breastfeeding in 1,2 and 3 days after delivery in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The nipple pain or chapped rate and the incidence of breast distention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;in the control group,the total incidence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The mastering rate of breastfeeding knowledge,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in three days and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in 42 d in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The value of breast feeding program intervention on postpartum three days pure breast-feeding is significant,which is worthy of implementation.
