Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with home training guidance on WeChat platform in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder treated in the rehabilitation department of Tianjin Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group received rehabilitation therapy,and patients in the experimental group received rehabilitation therapy combined with WeChat platform home training guidance.The shoulder range of motion and visual analogue scale (VAS)were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The flexion,abduction,extension,internal rotation and external rotation angles of shoulder in experimental group were greater than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation combined with training guidance on WeChat platform can effectively relieve the pain of frozen shoulder and improve the range of motion of shoulder joint.
