| Application of a management model of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with integrated medical care in laparoscopic hysterectomy |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of a management mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with integrated medical care in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who needed laparoscopic hysterectomy treated in the Department of Gynecology,People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City from January to December in 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing intervention mode,and the observation group accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing under the integrated management mode of medical care.Comfort,satisfaction,clinical indicators and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the comfort and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hospital stay,time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time and the anal bowel movement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the clinical nursing environment,nursing practice level,test writing quality and service attitude of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with integrated medical care for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time,accelerate the recovery of physical functions,shorten the hospital stay,alleviate clinical pain,and improve the professional level of nurses,enhance comfort and increase satisfaction of patients.
