Abstract Studies have found that the incidence of some primary spontaneous pneumothorax is associated with familial inheritance.This assertion was also confirmed in both domestic and international reports.However,genetic studies of familial spontaneous pneumothorax are still in the early stages.This study attempts to analyze the pathogenesis of familial spontaneous pneumothorax from a genetic perspective.In addition,it is expected to grasp and predict the development trend of the disease,so as to provide a reference for more effective and accurate treatment.
