| Effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on symptom improvement and lung function of patients with interstitial lung disease |

Abstract Objective To explore effects of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on symptom improvement and lung function in patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods A totla of 80 ILD patients who were admitted to Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical treatment effect,lung function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Six-minute walking test(6MWT)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Forced expiratory volume(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the two groups after treatment were higher than before,and FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6MWT of the two groups after treatment were longer than those before treatment,and the 6MWT of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ILD patients with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,the effect is significant,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the lung function and activity of patients.
