氢氧化钙制剂在根管治疗牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者中的效果分析#br#

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of calcium hydroxide preparations in root canal treatment of patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis treated in Shuncheng Branch of Fushun Stomatological Hospital from November 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)by the random number table method.After root canal treatment,the control group was treated with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement,and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide.The periodontal index,the interappointment emergencies(IAE),the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),periodontal depth(PD)and gingival index(GI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PLI,BI,PD and GI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of IAE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide preparation used in root canal therapy for the treatment of patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis has significant effect,high safety and no adverse reactions.It can effectively improve the periodontal condition of patients and relieve the pain symptoms of patients.which has a wild clinical recommendation value.
