全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆对围绝经期高血压患者的护理效果研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of holographic copper-bian-stone scraping combined with ear-point pressing bean-pressing care for perimenopausal hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 70 perimenopausal hypertensive patients who were admitted in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antihypertensive treatment and routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with holographic copper-bianstone scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing beans. The sleep quality, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores,immediate and long-term blood pressure, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep quality scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than before the intervention, after the intervention, the sleep quality scores and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The immediate blood pressure and long-term blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the systolic blood pressure of the two groups were 18∶00＜12∶00＜6∶00, and the diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were 18∶00＜12∶00，6∶00, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group, the nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Perimenopausal hypertensive patients with holographic copper bian-stone scraping combined with ear-point pressing bean-pressing care has a significant effect, which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
