The effect of mobile phone live broadcast combined with wenjuanxing assessment on the level training for ICU nurses |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of mobile phone live broadcast combined with Wenjuanxing (wjx.cn) assessment on the level training for the nurses in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A total of 56 ICU nursing staff at N1,N2, N3, and N4 levels who were trained from November 2019 to November 2020 in Jiangxi Pingxiang People′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into an observation group (n=28) and a control group (n=28) according to the random number table method. The observation group was given mobile phone live broadcast combined with Wenjuanxing assessment for training, and the control group was given traditional centralized teaching combined with paper tests for training. The training coverage rate, test results and total training satisfaction rate of nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results The training coverage rate of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall average grades gained by the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total trainingsatisfaction rate of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For ICU nurses, the application of mobile phone live broadcast combined with Wenjuanxing assessment has a better effect on level training of nurses, which can effectively improve training coverage rate, test grades, and nursing staff satisfaction.Therefore, this method is worthy of clinical popularization application.
