Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation training at different timings on motor function and neurological dysfunction in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From January to December 2020,98 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into Halle group(49 cases)and Olivier group(49 cases).Patients in the Halle group received early rehabilitation training,and patients in the Olivier group received late rehabilitation training.The improvement of motor function and neurological dysfunction after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The upper and lower limb movement scores in Halle group was higher than that in the Olivier group,and scores of comparative neurological function were lower than those in Olivier group,nursing effect of the Halle group was better than that of the Olivier group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of early rehabilitation training can better improve the patient′s limb movement level,improve the patient′s neurological dysfunction,and help the patient to restore health.It is worthy of promotion in the course of disease care.
