Objective To explore the application effect of Chuankezhi Zusanli acupoint injection in airway nursing after tracheotomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with tracheotomy treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine airway nursing,and the observation group was given Chuankezhi Zusanli acupoint injection on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,changes of blood gas indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of cough,wheezing and expectoration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the control group,and 1 patient in the observation group had mild skin pruritus,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Chuankezhi Zusanli acupoint injection has a good effect in airway nursing after tracheotomy,which can relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood gas,and has less adverse reactions.
