Objective To explore the construction and implementation of evidence-based perioperative nursing strategy of fast track surgery(FTS)for radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with T1 and T2 prostate cancer in Yichun People′s Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,while the study group was given evidence-based perioperative nursing(FTS nursing).Time indexes,score indexes,cost indexes and incidence of adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the first anal exhaust time between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual simulation score(VAS)and treatment cost of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The activities of daily living score(ADL)and responsibility nurse score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based perioperative FTS nursing for patients with radical prostatectomy can shorten the anal exhaust time and treatment time,significantly reduce the pain and death of patients,improve the ability of daily life of patients and the sense of responsibility of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,and reduce the economic burden of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
