| Efficacy of hospital preparation compound comfrey burn oil plus iodophor combined with pressure sore nursing on pressure sore |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of hospital preparation compound comfrey burn oil plus iodophor combined with pressure sore nursing in the treatment of pressure sore. Methods A total of 60 patients with pressure ulcers who were admitted to Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a test group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgical intervention, and the test group received hospital preparation compound comfrey burn oil plus iodophor combined with pressure ulcer nursing. The clinical efficacy, pressure ulcer healing score and wound healing in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the pressure ulcer healing score of the test group 14 days after treatment was lower than that in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the number of dressing change in the test group was less than that in the control group, and the number of healing days were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The hospital preparation compound comfrey burn oil plus iodophor and pressure sore nursing can reduce frequency of dressing change, shorten wound healing time, and promote the recovery of prognosis.
