综合护理模式在玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合氩激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing model in intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab(IVR)combined with argon laser in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods Sixty-four patients with DME who underwent IVR combined with argon laser treatment,who were admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(32 cases)and the study group(32 cases)according to the random envelope method.Example,the reference group adopts conventional nursing,and the study group adopts comprehensive nursing.The eye examination indicators,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results FOVEA thickness of macula(CRT)after nursing in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,best corrected vision(BCVA)was higher than that of the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）; the total complication rate of the study group(2.33%)was lower than that in the reference group(16.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion During the treatment of DME with IVR combined with argon laser,comprehensive care of patients can improve eye indicators,increase satisfaction,and reduce complications.It is recommended to promote the use.
