集束化护理结合呼吸训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的应用研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing combined with breathing training on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to random number table method.On the basis of acupuncture treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given cluster nursing and respiratory training.The swallowing function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in Kubota water swallow test and Fujishima Ichiro rating sccale score between the two groups(P＞0.05); after intervention,Kubota water swallow test and Fujishima Ichiro rating sccale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with breathing training methods to intervene patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke can achieve better nursing results,effectively improve the swallowing function of patients,improve the quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
