Objective To explore and analyze the value of combined serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and blood routine in the clinical diagnosis of children with bacterial infections.Methods A total of 84 infected children admitted to Baicheng Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group(with bacterial infection)and the reference group(non-bacterial infections),with 42 cases in each group.All children received serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein and routine blood tests.Statistical analysis of the study group and the reference group of serum procalcitonin and C The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the detection results of reactive protein and blood routine test and serum procalcitonin detection,C-reactive protein detection,blood routine detection and combined detection.Results The detection levels of serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the positive detection rates of serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and blood routine tests were all higher than those of the reference group.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity were higher than those of serum procalcitonin detection,C-reactive protein detection and blood routine detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the levels of serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts between children with bacterial infections and children with non-bacterial infections.Serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and blood routine tests can accurately distinguish different infection groups ,The diagnostic value of the combined test is significantly higher than that of a single test,and it can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation in clinical practice.
