微信式延续性护理对锁骨骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of WeChat continuous nursing on the functional recovery of patients after clavicle fractures.Methods A total of 68 postoperative clavicle fracture patients who were admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 34 cases in each group.In the control group,routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up were used, and in the observation group, WeChat continuous nursing was added.The functional exercise compliance, shoulder joint function recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of after hospital discharge were analyzed.Results The functional exercise compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of shoulder pain and disability index (SPADI) (P＞0.05）.After the intervention, the SPADI score of the observation group was (32.15±2.14) points, which was lower than that of the control group of (41.44±3.27) points, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion WeChat continuous nursing can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function of patients with clavicle fractures, enhance their compliance with functional exercises after hospital discharge, and increase nursing satisfaction.
