整体化责任护理用于病毒性角膜炎患者中的临床体会

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical value of holistic responsibility nursing mode in the nursing of patients with viral keratitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with viral keratitis treated in Dalian Third People′s Hospital from September 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into the control group and the study group using random number table method, 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, and the study group was treated with integrated responsibility nursing intervention.The changes of Hamilton anxiety (HAMA), Hamilton depression (HAMD) scale scores, quality of life scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment, HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The quality of life scores after treatment were higher than before treatment, the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group (91.49%)was higher than that of the control group (74.47%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic responsibility nursing in the nursing of patients with viral keratitis is helpful to improve the negative emotions of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, with higher nursing satisfaction and higher clinical value.
