中药足浴联合基础护理干预对收缩期高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with basic nursing intervention on blood pressure and quality of life of patients with systolic hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with systolic hypertension admitted to the Second Department of Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath nursing on the basis of the control group.Systolic blood pressure level and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, the systolic blood pressure of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The scores of physiological function, physiological function, life vitality, social function, role function, cognitive function, mental health and total quality of life of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the scores of physiological function, physiological function, vitality, social function, role function, cognitive function, mental health and total quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can improve the blood pressure level and quality of life of patients with systolic hypertension, which is worthy of clinical application.
