日间蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸中的应用效果及对家长治疗依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate and observe the application effect of daytime blue light irradiation in neonatal jaundice and the influence on the treatment compliance of parents.Methods A total of 100 neonates with jaundice who were admitted to Dongguan Zhangmutou Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(continuous blue light irradiation treatment)and observation group(daytime blue light irradiation treatment)according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The total effective rate and the treatment compliance of parents in the two groups were compared at different time after treatment(treatment of 1,2 and 3 d).The total incidence of adverse reactions and parents′ satisfaction with the treatment mode were compared between the two groups.Transcutaneous bilirubin levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 days after treatment.Results At treatment of 1,2 and 3 d,there were no significant differences in the total effective rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rates at treatment of 3 d in the two groups were higher than those at treatment of 1 d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At treatment of 2 and 3 d,the treatment compliance rates of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment and at treatment of 3 d,there were no significant differences in transcutaneous bilirubin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The transcutaneous bilirubin levels in the two groups at treatment of 3 d were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of daytime blue light irradiation in neonatal jaundice is worthy of recognition,and the safety is high.It is helpful to improve the treatment compliance of parents,so it is of high application value in neonatal jaundice.
