大秦艽汤联合丁苯酞治疗风痰阻络型急性脑梗死的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Daqinjiao Decoction combined with Butyphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind phlegm blocking collaterals.Methods A total of 80 patients of acute cerebral infarction with wind phlegm blocking collaterals were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Daqinjiao Decoction,Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection was given intravenously in the first and second weeks,and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules was given orally in the third and fourth weeks.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The treatment effect,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,ability to live daily(Barthel index)and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,Barthel index of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Daqinjiao Decoction combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of wind phlegm blocking collaterals type can reduce the symptoms of neurological deficit,improve the quality of life,and has definite curative effect,which is worthy of promotion.
