超声在PICC拔管中的应用研究

Abstract Objective To analyze the application value of ultrasound in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)extubation.Methods A total of 60 PICC extubation patients who were admitted to the Department of Oncology of the Second People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different research methods,30 cases in each group.The control group patients received conventional extubation in the process,the observation group underwent ultrasound exploration during extubation.The occurrence of extubation complications,patient satisfaction,and one-time extubation success rate between the two groups were compared.Results The one-time extubation success rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total extubation complication rate of the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than 60.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination during PICC extubation can help nurses assess vascular conditions and extubation conditions,thereby reduce the risk of extubation complications,and help to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
