| Clinical study on high-quality nursing intervention in prevention of orthopedic wound infection in operating room |

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the prevention of orthopedic wound infection in operating room.Methods 80 patients with different orthopedic surgery in our hospital from September 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given management of operating room,management of infection in operating room,standardized operation performance,improved disinfection in operation area,strict aseptic operation on the basis of routine nursing.The wound infection,healing,improvement of inflammatory marks were compared between the two groups.Results The healing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the wound infection in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP,WBC,NEU,NAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention in operating room can effectively decrease the incidence of orthopedic wound infection,reduce the influence of inflammatory factors on the patients,increase the prognostic recovery and quality of life,which is worthy of generalization in the clinical application.
