Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with renal dynamic imaging in early chronic renal failure |

Abstract Objective To study the application effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)combined with renal dynamic imaging in early chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 68 patients with early CRF who were treated in the First Hospital of Nanchang City from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the case group,and 40 healthy volunteers who had physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The clinical data of all subjects were studied,and the ascending branch slope parameter(A),descending branch slope parameter(α),derived peak intensity(DPI),area under the curve(AUCTIC)of time-intensity curve(TIC),time to peak(TTP),renal blood perfusion index(PI)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)of both kidneys were compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the above indicators in the quantitative diagnosis of early CRF.Results The DPI of the case group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the A,AUCTIC and PI of both kidneys of the case group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the TTP of the case group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in α and GFR between the two groups(P>0.05).The AUC of ROC curve,sensitivity and specificity of CEUS combined with renal dynamic imaging were 0.968(95%CI=0.943-0.994),91.20% and 90.00%.Conclusion CEUS combined with quantitative parameters of renal dynamic imaging has high accuracy in the early diagnosis of CRF,which can provide a more objective and accurate clinical basis for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
