宫腔镜下电切除术与钳夹术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of hysteroscopic electroresection and clamping in the treatment of infertility of endometrial polyps.Methods The clinical data of 108 cases of infertility patients with intrauterine polyp admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical procedures,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 54 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection,and the control group was treated with hysteroscopic clamps.Surgical indexes,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in the length of stay,operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P＞0.05).One month after surgery,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups 6 to 12 months after operation(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups 6 months after operation(P＞0.05).The pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than control group 6 to 12 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps with infertility is better than that of clamp surgery,the postoperative pregnancy rate is high,the recurrence rate is low,and the regulation of patients′ menstrual volume is better.
