| Effect of midwife integrated nursing service model on delivery outcome of second pregnancy in women with scarred uterus |

Abstract Objective To study and analyze the effect of midwife integrated nursing service model (continuous service model) on the natural delivery and delivery outcome of second pregnancy in women with scarred uterus.Methods A total of 120 women with scarred uterus in second pregnancy who were treated in Shaoguan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group using random number table method, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing model for pregnant women, and the experimental group was given midwife integrated nursing service model.The delivery method，delivery process, postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women, Apgar score of newborns, unhealthy emotions of pregnant women, adaptability of pregnant women to the mother′s role, and degree of satisfaction of pregnant women with different nursing models were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the experimental group was 65.00%, which was higher than that in the control group as 43.33%, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was 18.33%, which was lower than that in the control group of 41.67%, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).The lengths of first stage of labor, second stage of labor and total labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The bleeding rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the blood losses at 2 and 24 h postpartum in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The Apgar scores of newborns in the experimental group at 1 and 5 minutes were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores in the two groups before nursing were no statistical significant (P＞0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The adaptability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction in the experimental group was 98.33%, which was higher than that in the control group of 80.00%,with statistical difference (P＜0.0.05).Conclusion Midwives provide continuous services to pregnant women with scarred uterus in second pregnancy, which can help pregnant women have smooth delivery and greatly improve the outcome of mothers and newborns, with good nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
