益肾通络法结合针刺治疗卒中后肩手综合征的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongluo method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome (SHS)after stroke.Methods A total of 60 post-stroke SHS patients who were admitted to the Department of Stroke Diseases of Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group(30 cases) and the treatment group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group received only acupuncture treatment, the treatment group was given Yishen Tongluo tmethod on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups before treatment and 10 days after treatment.The upper limb function assessment scale (DASH) was used to assess the ability of the upper limbs to engage in daily life in the two groups, and the degree of hand swelling in the two groups was measured with a centimeter soft ruler, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of DASH, swelling and VAS between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05).At 10 days of treatment, the scores of DASH, swelling and VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with post-stroke SHS, the treatment effect of Yishen Tongluo method combined with acupuncture is better, which can improve the ability of daily life of the affected limb, improve the symptoms of swelling and shoulder pain, and has high clinical application value.
