眼针醒神通经康复技术治疗中风后足下垂的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology in the treatment of foot drop after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with foot droop after stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture on the basis of western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect, functional walking ability grade (FAC) and freehand muscle strength rating scale (MMT) scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the FAC grade of the two groups were better than before treatment, and the MMT score of the two groups was higher than before treatment, and the MMT score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).However, after treatment, there was no significant difference in FAC grade between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology can improve the active range of ankle joint and the muscle strength of tibial anterior muscle in patients with foot drop after stroke, and the therapeutic effect is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization and application.
