| Application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with indwelling gastric tube after endoscopic submucosal dissection |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with indwelling gastric tube after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).Methods A total of 103 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube after ESD in Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2017 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=51) and the observation group (n=52) by random drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing after indwelling gastric tube, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The comfort degree, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The proportion of comfort of the observation group was 90.38%,which was higher than 56.86% of the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05）.Before nursing, there were no statistical differences in the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores between the two groups (P＞0.05）.After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 80.39% of the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comfort nursing is effective in the patients with gastric tube after ESD operation, which can improve the comfort of patients, improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the satisfaction of nursing, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
