腺体瓣成型法乳腺区段切除术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of segmental resection and glandular flap molding in patients with nonpuerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with NPM admitted to Liangxiang Hospital in Fangshan District,Beijing during June 2015 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with segmental resection and glandular flap molding,the control group was treated with segmental mastectomy.The total incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative ipsilateral breast recurrence rate and total satisfaction with postoperative breast appearance were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with postoperative breast appearance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmental resection and glandular flap molding for patients with NPM is superior to mere lesion resection as the former leads to less post-operative complications,lower relapse rate and better preservation of the breasts appearance.
