孕期体重管理联合减痛法对妊娠结局及产程的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of weight management combined with pain reduction on pregnancy outcome and labor process. Methods A total of 60 cases of puerpera admitted to Shenyang Women′s and Children′s Hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research object and divided into the study group the and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The study group carried out weight management combined with pain reduction during pregnancy, while the control group carried out routine intervention. The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, labor course, 2 h postpartum blood loss and the total incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The duration of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of 2 h postpartum blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy weight management combined with pain reduction method can effectively control the newborn weight, increase the rate of vaginal delivery and improve the outcome of mother and baby.
