无张力疝修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝患者的效果及安全性

Abstract Objective To explore the effect and safety of tension-free hernia repair surgery in the treatment of adult patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 88 adult patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the No.63750 Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from May 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the surgical indications and patients′ wishes, they were divided into the observation group (n=63) and the control group(n=25).The observation group was treated with tension-free group, the control group was treated with laparoscopic hernia repair.The clinical therapeutic effect, total incidence of complications, operation time, intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time, severity of pain and treatment cost of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups (P>0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in the duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay and VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment cost between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic hernia repair, tension-free repair has no significant differences in complications, blood loss, and recurrence rate.The clinical effect is similar, the length of surgery will not be significantly increased, the cost of treatment will no incur higher, and the surgery is relatively simple.Therefore, it is suitable for continued popularization and application in clinical practice, especially in primary hospitals.
