AngioJet机械吸栓与导管接触性溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the application effect of Angiojet mechanical thrombus aspiration and catheter contact thrombolysis in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity (DVT).Methods Fifty patients with acute lower extremity DVT who were admitted to Yichun People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given Angiojet mechanical thrombus aspiration, and the control group was given catheter contact thrombolysis therapy.The effect of thrombolysis, thrombolysis time, length of hospital stay, dosage of urokinase and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The thrombolytic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the thrombolysis time, urokinase dosage and total hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the total incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The Angiojet mechanical thrombus aspiration is better than catheter contact thrombolysis in the treatment of acute lower extremity DVT, which can reduce the length of hospital stay.It has the advantages of high venous patency, short thrombolysis time, and less urokinase dosage.
