外阴色素减退性疾病的研究进展

Abstract Vulvar hypopigmentation disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of gynecology, mainly including vulvar chronic simple lichen (LSC), vulvar lichen sclerosus (LS), and lichen planus.The main feature is itching of the vulva.The skin and mucous membrane tissues of the vulva often undergo pigment changes and degeneration.The pathological mechanism is not yet clear, clinical treatment is mainly to relieve symptoms and delay recurrence, including drug therapy, physical therapy and surgical treatment.Although the disease is a benign disease, it may affect the patient′s daily life and deteriorate without active treatment and control.This article will review the clinical symptoms, etiology, pathology and treatment of the disease.
