Value of combined detection of anti-cyclic citrate polypeptide antibody,rheumatoid factor and C-reaction protein in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis |

Abstract Objective To analyze the value of anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide (CCP) antibody, rheumatoid factor (RF)and C-reaction protein (CRP) combined detection in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 107 patients with suspected rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Fourth Central Hospital of Baoding City from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected.Combined with clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and imaging examination results, it was comprehensively determined as "gold standard".The sensitivity and specificity of different detection methods were compared respectively.Among them, 98 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to the Fourth Central Hospital of Baoding City from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as group A, and 106 cases of non-rheumatoid arthritis patients with autoimmune diseases admitted to the Fourth Central Hospital of Baoding City during the same period were selected as group B.A total of 100 persons receiving physical examination in the Fourth Central Hospital of Baoding City during the same period were selected as group C.Anti-CCP antibody alone detection,RF alone detection, CRP alone detection, anti-CCP antibody+RF+CRR combined detection were carried out for all personnel.The detection results of anti-CCP antibody, RF and CRP levels in the three groups were compared.Results The levels of anti-CCP antibody, RF and CRP in groups A and B were higher than those in group C, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of anti-CCP antibody, RF and CRP in group A were higher than those in group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of anti-CCP antibody+RF+CRP combined detection were higher than those of anti-CCP antibody alone detection, RF alone detection and CRP alone detection, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The anti-CCP antibody+RF+CRR combined detection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis has high sensitivity and specificity, which plays a positive role in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and is worthy of clinical application.
