老年失眠患者睡眠结构分析及其影响因素

Abstract Objective To explore the analysis of sleep structure and its influencing factors including gender, comorbidity of underlying diseases, and to analyze the influencing factors such as gender, combination of basic diseases, anxiety and/or depression.Methods From January 2012 to December 2019, 300 elderly patients with insomnia as the main complaint in Dongguan Seventh People′s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients were monitored by polysomnography, and sleep structure, gender, underlying diseases, anxiety, depression and other indicators were collected.Results 40.7% of patients had abnormal sleep latency, 61.0% had abnormal sleep efficiency, 70.3% had abnormal arousal index, and 28.7% had abnormal total sleep time.Conclusion The combination of underlying diseases,anxiety and depression has an impact on the structural parameters of elderly patients with insomnia, and targeted intervention measures should be taken for such groups.
