影像学检查在腹直肌分离诊断中的临床应用进展

Abstract

Rectus abdominis,as an important part of the core muscle group of human abdomen,can protect abdominal organs,maintain and increase intraabdominal pressure,and participate in physiological activities such as defecation,vomiting,cough and delivery.When the left and right rectus abdominis muscles are abnormally separated from the abdominal white line to both sides,and the distance between them is greater than 2 cm,the clinical diagnosis is diastasis recti abdominis.Diastasis recti abdominis is a kind of connective tissue damage,which mainly occurs in 30% to 68%of postpartum women.At present,the widening of rectus abdominis internal spacing is used as an index to measure the severity of diastasis recti abdominis at home and abroad.Imaging examinations such as ultrasound,CT and MRI can directly show the separation distance of rectus abdominis and the pathological changes of the surrounding tissue,which plays an important role in making clinical treatment plan and evaluating the effect of treatment.This study reviews the risk factors,clinical manifestations,treatment and imaging diagnosis of diastasis recti abdominis.
