循证护理管理方案降低留置针并发症的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing management program in reducing complications of indwelling needles.Methods A total of 308 patients treated with indwelling needles who were admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Central Hospital from May to September 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group and study group according to random number table method,with 154 cases in each group.The control group used routine management,and the study group used evidence-based nursing management.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The blood return rate(3.9%),blockage rate(4.5%),and extravasation rate(3.2%)of the study group were lower than those of the control group of 22.7%,9.7%,and 8.4%,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of pain in the study group(5.8%)was lower than that of the control group(12.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(98.7%)was higher than that of the control group(89.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing management plan for patients who use indwelling needles has an ideal effect,which can reduce the probability of recurrence and extravasation,reduce the occurrence of pain,and improve the quality of care and satisfaction.
